Thank you for shopping with Empowherment Essentials With Tina. As a small, single-person operation, I do my best to process and ship your orders in a timely manner while ensuring discretion and care.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. While most orders ship sooner, this time-frame accounts for the fact that this is a one-person business and not an automated fulfillment center.
Orders placed between Saturday and Friday will typically ship the following Monday.
If a federal holiday delays shipping, orders will go out the next available day.
Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. The return address will not reference the nature of your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout—incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned packages.
Delays & Communication
While I strive to fulfill orders promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to personal workload, inventory restocks, or postal service interruptions. If there is a delay beyond the 7-day processing window, you will be notified via email.

Return Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products sold on this site, we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety.
However, there are a few exceptions outlined below.
1. Defective Products
If your product arrives defective or becomes defective through normal use within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
To request a replacement:

If approved, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement at no additional charge.
2. Toy Satisfaction Guarantee (90 Days)
We want you to love your purchase. If a toy doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for store credit, even if it has been used.
This applies only to eligible toy products and does not apply to lubes, lingerie, or other accessories.
To request a satisfaction return:

You’ll receive instructions on how to safely return the item.
3. Manufacturer Warranty (1 Year for Toys)
Many toys come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. If your toy stops working within one year due to a manufacturing issue:

If confirmed, we will assist you in claiming the warranty through the manufacturer or offer store credit, where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used lubricants, body products, or consumables
Lingerie or clothing
Items returned without prior approval
Items outside the return or warranty window
