Delivery time-frames are estimates only and we are not liable for delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

9. Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges are available for defective products with in 30 days of receipt.

Defective items may be eligible to be returned for store credit—please contact us within 90 days of receipt. After this period Pure Romance toys have a one year manufacturers warranty.

The logo and some images—is the property of EmpowhermentEssentialsWithTina and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
